Rosemary

When you think of Rosemary, do you think of food?  I use to immediately picture a lamb chop, but now when I think of Rosemary I think of so much more - like relaxation and concentration.  Don't worry I'll give ya some recipes for food too (down below).

Trying to relax? Let the renewing properties of Rosemary oil soothe your body and soul at the end of a long day by creating a relaxing essential oil bath. Adding essential oils to a warm bath can promote a calming, relaxing environment that allows you to take a break—both mentally and physically. Combine Rosemary, Frankincense, and Epsom salt into your bath for a rejuvenating experience when you are in need of a little “me time.  If you're like me and don't have a bathtub or just aren't into baths, you can make Shower Tabs or simple sprinkle a couple of drops on a washcloth and place at the bottom of the shower.  You can even buy a waterproof essential oil diffuser for the shower.  Just Google it, I've seen them on Amazon too.

Back to the basics - cooking.  Freshen up your summer cuisine with dōTERRA Rosemary. Simply add one to two drops of Rosemary oil to meats or traditional entrees in order to add flavor or to support healthy digestion.* Looking for a hearty Rosemary oil recipe?
