February Diffuser Blends

What's up with diffusing?  Why would you want to diffuse over setting the mood with some candles?  I'm going to break it down in the most simplistic way, bullet points!

Essential oil diffusers are:

  • Safe
  • Easy
  • Decorative
  • Mess-Free
  • Cost-Effective
  • Efficient

The most popular type of diffuser is known as the ultrasonic essential oil diffuser - the water type.  This type of diffuser uses  sound waves, that humans can't hear, to vibrate a disk within the diffuser which breaks up the essential oil into tiny micro particles.  Those particles are then emitted into the air via the fine mist which is created with the electronic frequencies through the water.  Pretty cool, right?

Essential oil diffusers are not only prefect for creating moods, but also addressing needs.  For example, the Spring Fever blend below not only smells good, but it can help with seasonal threats too.

Clearly there are thousands of different essential oils blends that you can create.  My suggestion is just to experiment because honestly, you can't go wrong.  I mean you might not love the smell of every combo that you try, but how hard is it to dump out the water, wipe out the diffuser and try again?  Pro tip: take the caps off the essential oils that you're thinking about combining and waft it under your nose.

Wellness spOILed customers are pampered with access to 1000's of essential oil blends, recipes and ongoing support and education.  If you're considering starting your journey with natural solutions I would love to support you too!

Pro Tip: One good way to find recipes, blends or info about an oil is to do a simple Google search.  I would type "doTERRA" and then whatever you're looking for.  Example: doTERRA Wild Orange diffuser blends or doTERRA Lemon.  THEN, make sure you click on images if you're on the hunt for recipes/blends.
