When we kicked off the series a couple weeks ago I talked about ways to reduce the air pollution in our homes and I didn’t even mention my #1 solution, which is using a diffuser. I highly recommend diffusing essential oils on a daily basis in order to cleanse the air, combat toxins, and eliminate odors in your home as well as providing support for your body’s systems.
There are several types of diffuser, reed, nebulizer, fan, heat, and more. My favorite one for ease of use in relation to the benefits is an ultrasonic water diffuser.
