WHY A RESET IS NECESSARY
Imagine a garden left unattended.
At first, everything looks fine. But over time, weeds take root, the soil becomes depleted, and plants struggle to thrive. Even the healthiest garden needs regular tending—clearing what no longer serves, replenishing nutrients, and restoring balance.
Your body works much the same way.
Daily stress, environmental toxins, processed foods, poor sleep, and constant “go-go-go” living slowly add up. The body is incredibly resilient, but without intentional support, systems like digestion, detoxification, metabolism, and cellular energy can become overwhelmed.

You do not need to follow the doTERRA 90-Day Reset (or use any specific products) for this assessment to be valuable.
